mindfulness & meditation

why mindfulness & meditation?

mindfulness & meditation can significantly improve our wellbeing and mental health:

* assist in managing stress & anxiety

* is a credible way of dealing with pain

* can enhance focus, concentration and emotional regulation

* can improve feelings of self-esteem, worth and self-acceptance

Mindfulness aims to cultivate more of an awareness of the present moment and how we respond to our thoughts and emotions.

mindfulness and meditation for health & wellbeing course

I run courses (online) to teach you, from the position of a novice with no, or limited experience, to become comfortable with meditation and for you to then have your own, personal meditation practice (and all the benefits associated with it), to take away with you for the rest of your life.

The approach and techniques have a proven 2,500-year heritage.

The Course itself is secular and non-religious, though for context, references to (Zen) Buddhism are provided.

You do NOT have to 'believe' or subscribe to any religious ideals to take this course.

introduction sessions - no charge

These will be run on a Quarterly basis and would be a pre-requisite for joining the main course.

The next sessions will run towards the end of May 2026

The sessions will be run on two weekday evenings, from 8pm (UK time) via Zoom and run for 30-45minutes, to give potential attendees two opportunities to attend, both sessions can be attended.

I will provide an overview of who I am and of the course, to provide you with the information, and to see me & hear my voice (important for listening to my guided meditations). There will then be an opportunity for a Q&A session to ask any questions that you may have.

Attendees will need to register to obtain Zoom link - either by emailing interest at info@momentumspiritconsult.co.uk or responding to my LinkedIn posts.
